Washing Machine 2 Year 3 Years on Wash Motor - Semi Automatic
8 Years on Motor - Fully Automatic
Refrigerator (Direct cool) 1 Year 4 Years on Compressor
Air Conditioner 1 Year 4 Years on Compressor
Air Cooler 1 Year Not applicable
Party Speaker 1 Year Not applicable

Important Notes :

  1. The Warranty Period is effective from the date of purchase of the product mentioned on the original purchase invoice.
  2. Warranty on Remote is 6 months only from DOP. ( No warranty on Battery)
  3. Warranty is applicable only for the functional parts. It is not valid for the Aesthetical /Plastic Parts.
  4. Additional 1 year panel warranty is applicable only on Android & Google TV’s.
  5. Standard installation charges for Split Air Conditioner is Rs.1599 ( Inclusive of all taxes) and to be paid by the customer to the service engineers.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
  2. This warranty is applicable only for the personal use of product by purchaser and warranty will be void if product is used for any commercial purpose.
  3. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Own /Authorized Service Centre ( Check : www.sansuiworld.com –> Support –> Service Centre).
  4. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
  5. The company or its Authorized Service Centre, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at it’s discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
  6. Demonstration/installation of the product purchased is free of cost for one time, and will be chargeable afterwards in case of re-installation/demo.
  7. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only. The maximum claim/s if entertained by the company will subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
  8. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
  9. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.
  10. Standard installation charges for Split Air Conditioner is Rs.1599/- ( Inclusive all applicable taxes) and need to be paid by the customer directly to the service engineer.
  11. Air Filter/Front grill is not covered in the warranty.
  12. Charges are applicable if any other activity is asked by the customer beyond the standard Installation charges for the Air Conditioner.

The warranty is not applicable in the following conditions -

  1. The product is used for commercial purpose instead of personal use.
  2. The stamped and signed warranty card/invoice original copy is not presented to authorized personnel at the time of repair.
  3. The product is not purchased from an Authorized Sales Channel of Sansui.
  4. The product is not used as per the instructions given in the instruction/user manual.
  5. Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel.
  6. Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/physical tampering of the product.
  7. Installation/repair work is carried out by persons/agency other than a person authorized by the company.
  8. Premises where the product is kept, conditions that do not conform to the recommended operating conditions of the product.
  9. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product or cabinet.
  10. Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to Service Centre or purchaser's residence (if carried by customer to Service Centre/or packing box not provided by customer while handing over the product to engineer for taking it to Service Centre).
